Fabric Upholstery Cleaning Service

Important: If you are a Tenant aiming to restore items to return to your landlord due to marks or stains, we regret to inform you that we cannot guarantee achieving that result.

Service Guidelines:

1. Minimum duration per item: Approximately 10 minutes.
2. Drying Process: After the wash, we recommend using an air conditioner or fan, or both (if the fan is not strong enough), to dry the items. The minimum drying duration is 3 hours, although this time may vary depending on the strength of the appliances used.
3. Mattresses: We clean the top resting side and all four corners of the mattress (5-sided cleaning).
4. Prams: Our cleaning service covers the seat area only. We do not clean the bottom carriage space of the pram, if any.

Please note the following:

• Our primary goal is to extract dirt, dust, and dust mites from the fabric. However, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of stains. The effectiveness of stain removal depends on factors such as fabric type, age of the stain, and type of stain. If shampoo and hot water show no reaction to a stain, it is considered a permanent mark.
• ❌ We do not engage in buffing/scrubbing on material, as excessive friction and abrasion can cause micro-tears to fibers, leading to material damage.
• ❌ We do not use whitening agents on material to remove stains. These chemicals may pose a risk of contamination and toxicity to the skin, as they cannot be completely rinsed out once applied.
• ❌ We avoid using hot vapor steaming on material for the following reasons:

1. 1. It can be toxic when combined with other cleaning chemicals.
   2. Extreme heat may damage fabric fibers and void the warranty.
   3. It does not effectively penetrate the material to extract embedded dirt, allergens, or mites within the mattress.
